These terms govern your use of SpeakingVibes, operated by Prepare For Greece Single Member P.C., a company registered in Greece ("SpeakingVibes", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
SpeakingVibes lets you practice speaking a language with AI-generated teacher personas. Replies are generated using AI (OpenAI) and text-to-speech (ElevenLabs) — the personas are AI characters, not real people, even when styled after a real creator's likeness or voice.
Accounts and age
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use SpeakingVibes to send abusive, illegal, or sexually explicit content, to attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to interfere with the service. We use automated moderation on conversations; accounts that repeatedly violate this may be warned or deactivated.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free accounts get a daily allotment of teaching credits. Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe that renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your Account page and keep access through the period you already paid for. Teaching credit packs are one-time purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.
AI-generated content
Replies, translations, and corrections are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate — don't rely on them as the sole source for anything important. We may change or discontinue teacher personas, languages, or features at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, including for repeated moderation flags. You can stop using SpeakingVibes and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
SpeakingVibes is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
