Pro subscription ($9.99/mo)
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
First 7 days
If you're unhappy with Pro within your first 7 days of subscribing, contact us and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
Teaching credit packs
Credit packs are billed once, at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been used — the underlying AI and voice generation costs are incurred as soon as credits are spent. An unused, untouched pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email speakingvibes2@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
